How do I view and modify fan parameters?

You will need to contact Customer Service to view or modify fan parameters. On the Home screen, tap the menu icon > FAN MANAGEMENT > Fan Name > Diagnostics > VFD Parameters.

You will be prompted to enter a Customer Service code. Call the phone number on the screen and provide the Customer Code shown below the phone number. Enter the code provided by Customer Service and follow their instructions. Note: The Customer Code is valid for 24 hours.
